The political changes in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) have given a new impetus to the European economy, and they are among the key factors that will shape its future. EU enlargement will accelerate these developments.
Our cross-border activities in Central and Eastern Europe go back to the early 1990s. With work in the region building up, e|n|w|c opened offices in Budapest, Prague, Brno, Bratislava, Warsaw and Kiev, in 1995, 1998, 2004 and 2008, respectively.

Thanks to our presence in these cities we can offer clients in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and in Ukraine comprehensive services tailored to local conditions. Services in other transition countries are delivered through our network of first-class partner practices. More offices of our own are due to follow soon. We advise and support investors in Central and Eastern Europe from the initial stages of their projects onwards. Our familiarity with the rules of the game and the local cultures in these emerging markets play an important part in the success of our work for these clients.
